Spudgun chris Posted June 20, 2011 Report Posted June 20, 2011 Hi all. I have 53 plate 1.9TDi 130hp. Everytime i turn the key to start fuse 3 blows. I am aware of the systems this is conected to but can't seem to find the short. Has anyone else had this issue and what was the solution or even any tips. Much appreciated. Chris Quote

nigel57 Posted June 24, 2011 Report Posted June 24, 2011 hi chrishad the same problem last year ... i my case it was the pressure switch on the air con unit due to its poor location water was getting into switch causing a short circuit.. try disconnecting the pressure switch .. its located under the drivers side wheel arch behind the plastic cover . Quote
